One of the main challenges facing the justice system today is related to the degree to which sentences are enforced.

This was noted by our Executive Director, Jaime Arellano, in an interview published in the journal Access to Justice in Times of Pandemic. (in spanish)

He discussed the need to create alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in order to guarantee timely access to justice for everyone.
