JSCA invites young professionals or students of law, administration, communications, graphic design, international relations, political science, sociology, information technology and other related areas to apply for the JSCA Virtual Internship Program.
The Internship Program is an opportunity for young professionals and students to acquire knowledge and professionally develop in the field of justice in an organization of the inter-American system.
The internship will be held from May 2 to July 28, 2023. During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to work with the JSCA team on various activities. The internship is unpaid.
What can be expected from an internship at JSCA?
– Acquire work experience and specific knowledge of civil and criminal justice systems within the framework of an international organization from a regional perspective.
– Certification of completion of the internship.
– Letters of recommendation based on performance and initiative.
– Be linked to JSCA on a professional level, depending on availability and ongoing projects.
Selection Criteria
– Students with a minimum of 6 semesters or young professionals in careers related to JSCA’s areas of expertise (law, administration, communication sciences, graphic design, international relations, political science, sociology, information technology or other related areas).
– Good command of Spanish. Advanced knowledge of English is desirable.
– Be a national or resident of any of the countries of the Americas.
– Be able to work remotely from their country of origin.
