On February 21, 2022, the inauguration of the 3rd version of the Specialization Course on Civil Hearing Management and Litigation Techniques took place in Puebla, Mexico. This third version is focused on family proceedings, given the recent incorporation of oral proceedings in this area. The activity will last one week and will be given by professors Eliseo Hernández (Mexico), Yenesia Otero (El Salvador) and Ricardo Lillo (Chile).

This course is part of a collaboration agreement between the Justice Studies Center of the Americas (JSCA) and the Judicial Branch of the Federal State of Puebla.

The course was inaugurated by the Executive Director of JSCA, who highlighted the agreement, noting that these courses are aimed at promoting the effective practical application of the principles that inspire oral criminal, civil and family proceedings in Latin America. She thanked the judges present for their participation and urged them to take advantage of the opportunity provided by JSCA and the Judicial Branch of Puebla.
