Nicolas Soler
Board Member (Argentina)
Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and Master in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He was a Fulbright scholar within the Hubert Humprhey program.
He developed part of his professional career as a civil servant in different areas of the Judiciary and the National Public Prosecutor’s Office. He was an advisor to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation and to the Criminal Affairs Commission of the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Nation. He was a member of the National Council of the Judiciary and was Undersecretary of Relations with the Judiciary and Penitentiary Affairs of the National Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
He also worked as a researcher and trainer in judicial reform processes for the Instituto de Estudios Comparados en Ciencias Penales y Sociales (INECIP).
He currently serves as Undersecretary of Relations with the Judiciary of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and is a member of the Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento de la Defensoría General de la Nación.
