Constanza Seguel is a Social Anthropologist and holds a Master’s degree in Public Management and Public Policy. She has experience in applied research, policy implementation analysis, and the production of strategic reports in areas related to gender, juvenile social reintegration, and human rights.

She has worked with public institutions, academia, and international cooperation agencies, developing qualitative and quantitative studies aimed at generating evidence to inform decision-making.
