International Relations professional from the University of Chile, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Foresight Applied to International Relations from the Institute of International Studies.

He has developed his professional career across the public, private, and academic sectors, working in operational management, interinstitutional coordination, and protocol affairs. In the public sector, he was part of technical teams at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile and contributed to protocol support during APEC negotiation sessions. He has also carried out logistics coordination roles at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the Santiago 2023 Corporation.
