Expert in justice/public management, modernization of the State and digital transformation, currently serves as a Director of Technical Assistance at CEJA. He has contributed to the development and institutional strengthening with a citizen focus, in 15 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, serving more than 40 institutions in 20 years of professional practice, as director or senior consultant, in multiple initiatives and transformational processes in various sectors and fields, such as: Justice, Human Rights, Water and Sanitation, Public Works, Mining and Modernization of the State.

In the Justice sector, collaborated in processes of institutional strengthening and judicial reform in Chile, Guatemala, Panama, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Peru and Uruguay. Designed and implemented diverse mechanisms to strengthen public ministries, courts of justice and law enforcement organizations, with an impact on the enhancement of their services, the rationalization of resources utilized and improvements in strategic and management matters.

He has the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, relationship with authorities, negotiation capacity, generation of agreements and presentation of content to various audiences and instances, preserving the values of respect, honesty and responsibility.
