Webinar Constitutional Dialogue between Chile and Canada: The Rights of Indigenous Peoples

The Justice Studies Center of the Americas (JSCA) will hold the webinar “Constitutional Dialogue between Chile and Canada: The Rights of Indigenous Peoples” as part of the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) project “Improving Access to Civil Justice in Latin America.”

The activity will feature Chilean and international experts who will share their perspectives on the relationship between the right of indigenous peoples in Canada’s Constitution and the new constitution that will emerge from Chile’s referendum.

The purpose of the event is to discuss the rights of indigenous peoples in Chile’s new Constitution based on the Canadian experience.
This webinar is open to anyone interested in the rights of indigenous peoples and Chile’s constitutional referendum.
