Authors Marco Fandiño, Lorena Espinosa and Matías Sucunza analyze eight civil justice reforms undertaken in the region over the past 12 years. The purpose of this publication is to encourage an exchange that allows stakeholders to recover a collective Latin American repertory, share experiences and generate tools for addressing the regulatory disturbances or deficiencies identified in each country.
