Rodrigo Nakada

Chilean lawyer, Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Andrés Bello, Diploma in Applied Criminology from the Center for Studies in Citizen Security of the University of Chile. He has studied several courses related to criminology, criminal law and human rights.

He has participated as a research assistant in various projects related to criminal law and criminology and has academic publications related to issues of criminal law and human rights. In addition, he is an assistant professor in the criminal law department of the Universidad Andrés Bello.

He developed his professional practice at the Public Defender’s Office of Chile and has internships at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Chile and the Constituent Observatory of the Instituto Igualdad.
