JSCA is heeding the calls made by government officials from throughout the region to stay at home and help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Despite the global pandemic, we believe that it is important to continue to carry out our mission of promoting discussions and experiences related to justice system reform in Latin America. As such, we invite you to participate in a seminar series designed to allow participants to reflect on the direction that justice systems are currently taking in Latin America.
In addition to the topics that JSCA routinely addresses related to the strengthening of the adversarial criminal justice system and the promotion of civil justice reform in order to improve access to justice, we have added topics that are particularly timely, such as the situation of the prison system and the incorporation of new technologies into the administration of justice in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The seminars will be held each Wednesday on our YouTube channel (youtube.com/cejaoficial).
