The seminar&#8217;s program will include the following presentations:<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ul>\n<li>Opening remarks of the event, <strong>Mar\u00eda del Carmen Maldonado S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, JSCA Counselor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The defense of the territorial rights of indigenous peoples: Main challenges in Latin America, <strong>Tarcila Rivera Zea<\/strong>, President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Indigenous Cultures of Peru (CHIRAPAQ), Peru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Successes and challenges of the justice system in the face of conflicts arising from territorial rights, <strong>Mar\u00eda del Rosario Arango Zambrano<\/strong>, Project Manager for Colombia, Forest Peoples Programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The defense of land: How do conflicts over territory affect native women?, Susana Saavedra Badani, CONSTRUIR Foundation, Bolivia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Access to justice in pandemic times.
