This third version is focused on family proceedings, given the recent incorporation of oral proceedings in this area. The activity will last one week and will be given by professors Eliseo Hern\u00e1ndez (Mexico), Yenesia Otero (El Salvador) and Ricardo Lillo (Chile).<\/p>\n<p>This course is part of a collaboration agreement between the Justice Studies Center of the Americas (JSCA) and the Judicial Branch of the Federal State of Puebla.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7257 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cejamericas.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/CAPTURA_PROGRAMAPUEBLA1-1-300x168.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/>The course was inaugurated by the Executive Director of JSCA, who highlighted the agreement, noting that these courses are aimed at promoting the effective practical application of the principles that inspire oral criminal, civil and family proceedings in Latin America.
