The initiative was organized by CEJA in partnership with the German Federal Foreign Office.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5838\" data-end=\"6109\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-15555\" src=\"https:\/\/cejamericas.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-04-10-at-14.16.17-1-1024x497.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"790\" height=\"383\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"6111\" data-end=\"6355\">The program was designed to strengthen the technical capabilities of prosecutors, judges, investigators, and analysts in tracking illicit financial flows, thereby enhancing criminal investigations and asset recovery related to corruption cases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"6357\" data-end=\"6678\">The training targeted 20 members of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the State of Durango. It was delivered through the CEJACampus virtual platform in an asynchronous format, with three key meetings: one live online session and two in-person sessions\u2014the last of which preceded the closing ceremony.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"6680\" data-end=\"7368\">High-ranking authorities in attendance included: Dr. Esteban Alejandro Villegas Villarreal, Governor of the State of Durango; Dr. Clemens von Goetze, German Ambassador to Mexico; \u00c1ngel Gerardo Bonilla Saucedo, President Magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Durango; H\u00e9ctor Herrera N\u00fa\u00f1ez, President of the Board of Government and Political Coordination of the State Congress of Durango; Minister Sonia Yadira de la Garza Fragoso, Attorney General of the State of Durango; CEJA Instructor Jes\u00fas Castro J\u00e1come; and Jos\u00e9 Manuel Mart\u00ednez Salcido, President of the Citizens&#8217; Participation Council and Coordinator of the Local Anti-Corruption System Council, among others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"7370\" data-end=\"7727\">Dr. Jos\u00e9 Suing, President of the National Court of Justice of Ecuador and member of CEJA\u2019s Board of Directors, participated virtually.
